Handmade Products & Natural Variations
All of our products are handmade using genuine leather. As a result, each item is unique.
Natural variations in:
Colour and shade
Grain and texture
Marks, scars, and wrinkles
are a normal and expected characteristic of leather and handmade craftsmanship. These variations are not faults but part of what makes each piece individual.
Product images are provided as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly due to:
Natural leather differences
Dye absorption
Lighting conditions
Screen or device display settings
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that your item may differ slightly from product images.
Care & Use
Leather is a natural material that will soften, darken, and develop a patina over time. This ageing process is expected and does not constitute a fault.
We are not responsible for:
Damage caused by water exposure
Excessive heat or sunlight
Improper storage or care
Normal wear and tear
Care instructions should be followed to ensure product longevity.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Where items are made to order or customised:
Production times are estimates only
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for New Zealand customers.
Faults vs Natural Characteristics
A product is considered faulty only where it has a manufacturing defect that affects its function or durability. Natural characteristics of leather and handmade workmanship are not considered defects.
Consumer Rights (New Zealand Customers)
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Act.
