Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size, or displayed as a flat rate where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Delivery Delays

Returns & Refunds Policy

New Zealand Customers

For customers in New Zealand, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with NZ consumer law.

International Orders (Australia, Canada & USA)

For international customers, returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrect items. Consumer protection laws may differ from country to country.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind on international orders

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Refunds
